Problem/Objective:
Niche an independent retail store that was a direct importer of fine diamonds to be competitive with major jewelers and department stores.

Solution:
The agency marketed 80% of advertising revenue towards diamonds and the value that the direct diamond importer passes to the consumer, resulting in the Karat Shop becoming the largest independent diamond retailer in the region.
