Problem/Objective:
Introduce and get a favorable response of community with the 3 phase redevelopment effort of Islip MacArthur Airport. The overall goal is to show how Islip MacArthur airport can serve as a better alternative to Kennedy, LaGuardia, and Newark.

Solution:
The agency's 13 year tenure with the town worked through all three phases of marketing the redevelopment through quality of life messages towards residents and prospective users; economic development and opportunity to the business community; and worked with carriers and the airport's business community. MacArthur airport reached national recognition as one of the country's leading regional airports.
